Aim / 目的
With the aim to provide an environment where all children have equal access to education opportunities, the Hong Kong Japanese Supplementary School Scholarship (“Scholarship”) was established by the Hong Kong Japanese Supplementary School Limited (“HKJSS”) to support families financially in need.
香港日本人補習授業校（以下「補習校」）では、すべての児童が平等に教育を受けられる環境を提供することを目指すために、経済的に困難な状況にある家庭に対し、奨学金制度を導入しています。
Eligibility / 資格
Applicants must be age of between 5 and 13, who are permanent residents of Hong Kong or have resided in Hong Kong continuously for not less than 3 years and either their fathers / mothers must be permanent residents of Hong Kong;
申請資格は年齢5 – 13才の香港永久居民、または香港に継続的に３年間以上居住しており、父親または母親のどちらか1人または両親が香港永久居民であること
Family income of the applicant must fall within HKD20,000/month
申請者の家庭の1か月の世帯収入がHKD20,000以下であること
Each applicant must be accompanied by an adult with Japanese proficiency who does not interfere with classes at HKJSS and can continuously support learning of the child(ren).
申請者は補習校での受講に支障のない日本語力を持ち、継続的に補習校の学習をサポートできる大人がいること
Application Procedure/ 申請手順
1. Applicant submits a completed application form to HKJSS from the website. Indicate “Scholarship Application” in the special notes.
補習校ウェブサイトから編入受付願書を提出してください。特記事項欄に「奨学金制度申し込み」と記載してください。
2. After receiving the acknowledgement of application, send the required documents, such as proof of income to admissions@hkjss.hk.
補習校からの申請受理を確認したのち、メール内容の依頼に沿って必要書類をadmissions@hkjss.hk宛に提出してください（身分証明書、所得証明書など）
3. A review based on the submitted documents will be conducted.
書類審査を行います。
4. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend the interview via email within a month after the closing date of application. Unsuccessful applicants will also receive a result email.
締切日から1ヶ月以内に書類選考の結果を連絡させていただき、候補者には面接が実施されます。
